Super cool getting to be apart of the @nelsonmandelamarathon . Its always special racing down here in Cape Town. On two wheels or two legs .

1 year of consistency. I have been doing a few race days that were definitely not ideal. This weekend was for fun with friends. Days that are not ideal just keep building the engine.

It was exactly that. Body didnt show up on the day and that was expected.But when I look at my race a year back. It shows me that all the work I have been doing is changing things.

Step by step I am learning how to control this body . And the aim is to improve whilst moving forward.......
