For those of you who don't know us, hello! 👋 We are Lizzie and Bea and, alongside our small but mighty team and our incredible volunteers, we run Petallica Flower Farm.

We don't usually get in front of the camera (we think the flowers speak for themselves!), but we thought we'd introduce ourselves to anyone we haven't met yet.

Lizzie set up Petallica back in 2020 and has since transformed our farm from an empty field into a haven that's buzzing with life. I (Bea) met Lizzie in 2022 and since then, we've been developing and growing the organisation together.

As a social enterprise, community and the environment are at the heart of everything we do. Since we established, the flowers we have sold, events we have held and projects we have run have all had the primary purpose of supporting both people and the planet.

This means that the income we generate from sales is reinvested back into our organisation and the community and environmental projects we run.

If you haven't visited the farm yet, we run lots of workshops and events, so check out our website to find out more about what's coming up.

You can also find out more about us as an organisation on our website: petallica.org taken in Petallica Flower Farm by @petallicaflowerfarm

We can't wait to host another cyanotype workshop very soon with local artist @carly_wilshere_butler.

Join us on the 7th November from 10am - 12pm and make a beautiful selection of cyanotype cards and gift tags, ready for the festive season.

During the workshop, you will start by picking foliage and grasses from our farm that you would like to use in your designs. Carly will then guide you through the cyanotype process, showing you the techniques used to create beautiful pieces of art.

Tools, materials and refreshments are all provided, and at the end of the session, you will get to take home your beautiful designs.

Book tickets on our website petallica.org

Bridal bouquets throughout the year...

From ranunculus and anenomes in spring to dahlias and cosmos in summer and early autumn, we love how every bridal bouquet is completely unique and changes with the seasons.

Each one has its own character and celebrates the very best of what's growing at that time of year.

And then in the winter when we transition to using dried flowers, they take on a different, but just as beautiful, look and feel.

If you're getting married next year and would like to find out more about our flowers, get in touch to request a brochure and book a free consultation

Thank you to everyone who came to our flower cloud workshop last weekend, it was so lovely having everyone in the tipi for a creative morning.

We also love seeing the clouds in-situ once they've been taken home, isn't this one stunning!

If you didn't manage to get tickets this time, we'll be running a festive flower cloud workshop on the 5th December. Think twinkling fairy lights, mince pies and playing for flowers for a few hours...what's not to love!

Earlier this year, we received funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to create a community sensory garden at our farm.

Have a watch to see how it's going!

It's fast approaching that time of year again!

We love running our winter market. Cool crisp air, warm mulled wine and fairy lights, plus of course stocking up on locally made gifts for the festive season.

This year @thegowerheritagecentre will also be at the market selling Christmas trees!

Throughout the day we'll be running mini wreath workshops. These always book up quickly so make sure to book tickets in advance on our website if you'd like to get involved.

Trader announcements to follow!

Thank you to @petallicaflowerfarm for hosting our Wild Women community for a lovely afternoon yesterday 🌸

We had such a lovely time picking flowers and preparing them to be dried for Petallica’s beautiful winter bouquets….

Spending time together in the sunshine and amongst the flowers was the most peaceful and mindful afternoon, thanks to everyone who came and made the afternoon so special 🌻🌷 by @petallicaflowerfarm
