Session 02 with Morgan from Copperopolis Coffee .

We joined James Hoffmann’s global tasting to find out what fermentation does to the flavour of coffee. Copperopolis was the only roaster in Wales with the tasting set, so we were pretty lucky to get around that table.

Such a good turnout, with people from all over Swansea getting stuck in and chatting about what they were tasting.

Big thanks to Morgan and Petallica for hosting and everyone who came along. Two sessions in and it’s been lovely getting to know you all.

Thank you to @petallicaflowerfarm for hosting our Wild Women community for a lovely afternoon yesterday 🌸

We had such a lovely time picking flowers and preparing them to be dried for Petallica’s beautiful winter bouquets….

Spending time together in the sunshine and amongst the flowers was the most peaceful and mindful afternoon, thanks to everyone who came and made the afternoon so special 🌻🌷

Just had to share one quick sneak peek from yesterday’s wedding! Bethan and Morgan had a beautiful ceremony at the Guildhall in Swansea, and we stopped at Clyne Gardens en route to their reception in Mumbles to get some couples photos. Watch this space for more sneak peeks in the coming days 🥰

Tim and Maddie from @yunara.coffee roast their own small-batch coffee from a solar-powered shipping container in Dunvant/Three Crosses, right next to @petallicaflowerfarm ☀️

🙌 Now they’re opening on Saturday mornings from 9am - 1pm for takeaway coffee, with 20% off if you arrive on two wheels 🚴

☕️ Really fantastic coffee and great people. Head down today (if you’re quick!) or save and share for next time.

That's a wrap for my Petallica workshops for 2026 and what a day for it! ☀️ It is absolutely stunning at the farm today. There is something so special, calming and grounding about creating something with your hands whilst surrounded by nature 💕 I had the joy of teaching a fabulous group of women how to make a unique botanical inspired Linoprint and I think you'll agree they all produced beautiful prints!

Christmas workshops are go and bookable on my website
