Summer feasts 💛👩🏽‍🌾🥗🌾 this summer was so full, full tables, air full of laughter and hearts full of friendship. All of these feasts reflected the fullness and vibrancy of this summer and each time a moment to celebrate the togetherness we’ve been building.

Thank you again and again to @bravosfoundry for being a place for me to create and call people in around the table. I’m really grateful I was able to step in as a steward and support this little experiment. This summer we hosted a summer solstice celebration, a gathering for animist explorations, a residency in collective healing, and a few impromptu fermentation workshops!

Some beautiful shots from a dinner I was invited to cook at @isla_en_el_papel_ They have a luscious garden and huge agroforestry space which was teeming with summer harvest. They wanted to host a dinner to feast on and celebrate the fruits of the land, of their labor, and the community that supports them. Knowing there are few things I love more than cooking with ingredients I get to harvest myself, Csilla called me in to create this dinner! It’s such a blessing to get to support local food economies through delicious food and sweet conviviality 🧡

We had a garden empanada stuffed with greens & tomatoes, topped with shiso leaves & flower petals
Spinach, beet & amaranth leaves cooked in a plum chutney
Millet with fresh basil, tomatoes, lacto-fermented cherries, & carrot flowers
Patty pan squash stuffed with caramelized onions, butternut squash, & spinach in a spicy kimchi sauce
Golden beet, white cucumber, & physalis salad with olive oil & (homemade) loquat vinegar dressing
Stewed oranges & cucumber melon

The table was decorated with the beauty of a good harvest — food, fruits, flowers all from the land. As you may see in the photos, we dined inside the greenhouse, just steps away from where many ingredients were harvested!

This summer has brought me into an apprenticeship with flowers. I arrived in Galicia in early summer, into a landscape full of fruit trees whose fruits would take weeks to ripen. May and June here still carry the freshness & lightness of springtime, the air smelled sweetly of elderflower & all the rose bushes were in full bloom.

Flowers are such a heavenly ingredient, colorful, fragrant, & medicinal. Working with them requires a delicate touch, yet can give such fullness of flavor when done well.

Early summer was sweet. It was slow & flowed with poetry. It brought me the deep rest you get falling asleep in the sun. Now, the fields are drying, the wheat is being harvested, & I feel the sweetness slipping away. The other day I drank the last glass of elderflower wine, with a longing for the first batch of the next year. Flowers are such a salient reminder of how precious time is.

Recently reminiscing over this winter pavlova, missing chilly days and dark colors and the dear friends I shared my first pavlova with 🤎 Ironically, I’m now getting my winter fix in the north of Spain, with slow days foraging and laying in meadows 🌸

So in love with the life I’ve been given. So in love with this place that’s opening itself up to me to become home, and with the people that are opening themselves to me to become family.

Eros & Earthly Delights 🕯️🌿🪶 I’m still at a loss for words to share about how special this creation was. My dear sister @iamtalibelle invited me into a creative portal where we, personally and collaboratively, metabolized our own journeys with Eros and animism into an evening. We curated poetry, music, and a sensational dinner spread to guide our friends into a depth of relation with reality that is normally fleeting magic.

For years, I’ve been inviting Life to be more and more alive and I’ve seen the spark of Spirit fill space after space — and through this, I’ve come more alive. This journey of coming home to my body and re-membering has asked me to wake up to the world around me. To come out of the haze of dissociation & turn my senses on, tune in, and come into dialogue with the wild & sensuous.

For the past several years, I’ve been exploring how breath, sound, movement, touch, & food can be gateways to renewing our connection to the living world. This event brought all of those threads into one space, where modalities twirled with each other like dancing partners. Tali & I guided somatic & sonic exploration, sharing poetry to facilitate perceptive shifts, creating sensory stimulation to connect with the elements, moving through the feast as a meditation — riding the current of intuition as it all unfolded. by @peytonchipman

And some more photos from Thailand! My time there was so full of exploration and connection, I’m still reflecting on it months later. So special to receive so much that all fed my ability to come back home to Atitlan with a vibrant heart and clear direction.

So grateful for the ocean time, sister time with Mai, farm work with Tali, ecoversities weaving, deepening into Contact Improv, supporting Rewild Krabi, and many kava circles! Bulah! Good God, thank you for this life. by @peytonchipman

Abundance Festival at @punpunorganicfarm November 2025, celebrating the richness of the rice harvest! 🌾 It was so beautiful to be part of this festival, participating in regenerating ancestral ways with beauty and brightness!

All throughout southeastern Asia, the season of the rice harvest was a time of togetherness and praise for the gifts of the land. The quality of the rice harvest impacted the rest of the year, so a bountiful harvest allowed for ease ahead.

Pun pun hosted this festival to revive this moment to love what the land gives us. In the opening ceremony, Ramphai shared the traditional myth of how rice was originally given to the people. We then learned how to thresh rice, shared traditional and innovative foods, fished in the pond and grilled them right away! The day was filled with Life, with colors, laughter, learning, and gratitude for this world. Thank you Pun Pun for this opportunity to learn and celebrate with you! 🐉🎋 by @peytonchipman

As I walk, I can hear the jingle & rattle of the seeds I’m carrying from my time in Thailand. I got to spend three months getting to know the many parts of that place, the many faces of the many people & projects pursuing regeneration & remembrance.

My time there filled my mind with dreams & ideas of how to live well. My spirit was inspired by seeing people tending to seeds. My body merged with mud, soil, sand, waves, caves, mountains, & clouds.

Throughout my time I was continuously reminded of what’s most important to me, & was given opportunity after opportunity to be in service of that. Thank you @punpunorganicfarm & @panyaforest for orienting me into this place. Grateful to have been able to join the @ecoversities global gathering, to be amongst elders & leaders. Blessed by the invitation of @krabi.rewild to be part of this vibrant celebration of Life!

Months later, I’m still singing and dancing to those rhythms, working out how to integrate these blessings in my life at the lake. Transforming experiences into gifts to bring back home. by @peytonchipman

This birthday feels really significant. This year marks 10 years that I’ve been studying, practicing, & walking the path of Yoga. So my 25th birthday was also a celebration of the great joys & beauty these teachings have brought me & offered a deep reflection on how they have shaped the course of my life.

As time goes on, I feel greater & greater gratitude for the spark of intuition that drew me to Inner Engineering, Sadguru’s autobiography. This text was the gateway to a world of practice that has fed my soul’s curiosity for ten years now.

I feel so blessed to have begun this journey at quite a young age. I’m so grateful to have such a strong foundation of compassion, non-attachment, non-dualism, & energetics upon which my life can & has blossomed. Thank you, Great Spirit, for taking my hand in yours. My feet have been blessed with eternal love in every step. by @peytonchipman
