Join us at The Foundry on July 18 for a day of connecting to the web of life that nourishes us. The day will include:

🌳 An opening ceremony weaving Shinrinyoku forest bathing with ancestral animist traditions, connecting us to the life we share the land with
🧘‍♂️ Outdoor meditation to shake off business from the week and be present with the space
🥂 A fermented drinks workshop, teaching you how to make alcohols and cordials with the fruits and flowers of the local land
🐒 A play-focused workshop encouraging us to return to more childlike, wondrous ways of spending time in nature
🥗 A guided dinner filled with locally foraged foods, exploring the storied journeys of our food from plant to plate
🎻 An evening open acoustic jam - bring instruments to play and songs to share

💸 Minimum contribution of €10 to cover the cost of food, additional donations to support the organisers are welcome!

📞 Send a WhatsApp message to Peyton +1 (512) 201-0492 if you want to come, so we can prepare the right amount of food.

I never thought I’d look back on my time playing middle school volleyball with such gratitude…. Without that experience, I never would have met one of my dearest, long lasting friends. So funny how God has a timeline that we could never predict or fully understand. I love you so much Pchip 🤍 thank you for introducing me to your colorful friends, sharing your tranquil abode, and guiding me through your current slice of paradise. Counting down the days until I return and hug you again!

Familia, amigo’s, lovers, community..

You have unravelled me to my core,
Shaken my constructs of connection to the floor,
And obliterated my heart through the most expansive love.

Thank you for making Guatemala my home away from home 🌿

Mucho Amor x

Life feels a little crazy right now, so I decided to take a moment to celebrate silliness, joy and friendship ❤️

Sometimes, I look at these beautiful friends in a big group, and a huge smile crosses my face because of how crazy and wild and free they are.

Lucky me that I get to love all these wild beings ❤️
