POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This October marked my first year of teaching! Looking back on the past twelve months, I feel nothing but gratitude for my teachers, my students, and my community. I’ve met so many new faces, worn many hats, and learned so much about myself along the way. Yoga isn’t just about poses, and it doesn’t end when we step off the mat — it’s a continual practice of how we choose to live our lives and how we move through the world around us.

To my students: thank you for showing up and trusting me to hold space for you — and for showing up for yourselves. Thank you for laughing with me every time I’ve mixed up my rights and lefts 😅

To my teachers (many not pictured): words can’t quite capture my appreciation. Especially @m3atlanta — they are the reason I’m able to share these words today. Thank you for offering your stories, experiences, and wisdom. I’m holding onto them closely.

One year of teaching, a lifetime of learning. Here’s to year two! taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @peytongramigna
