Why Landscaping Contracts Are Renewed Each Fall

Fall is the ideal time for communities to renew their landscaping contracts. Cooler weather makes plant care more predictable, and vendors can plan for the upcoming year. Renewing in the fall helps elevate your community by staying ahead of weather changes and supporting a healthy, well‑managed landscape.
