Long time no post! I’ve been a bit MIA recently & didn’t want to feel the obligation of “explaining myself” but @charpoles9 encouraged me to be a bit open so people know and can give me some space during this time. Thanks for your wisdom Char ❤️ love you!

Life has had an onslaught of difficulties recently that drowned me in chaos, grief, and uncertainty. Nothing prepares you for how hard it is to show up as a business owner, instructor, sister, daughter, aunt, wife, care taker, coworker, friend, etc. while also navigating your own health issues. The guilt of not being able to dedicate enough time for everything is real.

But alas, I live and breathe another day that I am grateful to have. I guess it’s a nice problem to have when there are so many great people in your life that you want to give your time too! taken in Revel Room Studios by @phanny_jay

Trying to find more excuses to throw on my heels and do pole tricks and this Sunset bikini from @midealer.wear was the perfect one.

This song is one of those where I can dance a million different ways and they’ll all feel good with it. Loved being able to share this with my Beginner PDF students. They all did so well!

That flatline to football grip Ayesha will forever be one of my fav transitions because it makes me feel like an extra cool rotayto. Such a fun combo I actually smiled at the end 😂

@jacquie.pols and @sillycelycircus decided it was Revel Booty Monday and as a supportive friend, I felt obliged to heed the call.

One of my favorite shoots with @v0idjpg where having no outfits turned out to be the best outfit choice. Let us never forget how powerful our bodies are and the strength, beauty, and grace we embody everyday.

This behind the back elbow Iron X is such a cool little shape but definitely not for the faint of cores 😅
