POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Day 8 of RRS marathon | Class 10

combo: @phanny_jay @revelroomstudios

💬 comment 1: so many instructors i wanna learn from but my body won’t let me 😭. if i could take classes back-to-back every single day, i would, and coming to this class made me realize oh geez, it’s rest time. i wish i got to do and clean more, but honestly, i was so tired, my eyes had bags at the end and i knocked out for a good 8 hours when i got home LOL
💬 comment 2: next time, if i’m doing acro the night before, i have to choose phanny’s vs. active flex, AND THAT HURTS MY SOULLL— or leave acro at 9:30p (not happening) 😭😭😭

How the candy river fish choreo came to be from the Wonka production @revelroomstudios

Thank you to my fish @i_am_heeling @andydoesdance and fellow water oompas @sillycelycircus @jenniferkristine_aerial @h_m_g_b @sirenadeluces for making this piece come together.

Also thank you to @hang_with_kimi and @angeliquizle for helping out with the storyline and @phanny_jay and @qaffeine.high for spending time helping us figure out fish choreography!

Thankful for friends with buff arms to wave silks and make fish dance for the entire piece 😛

BASECAMP APPRECIATION POST 🤠

(Okay Basecamp happened almost a month ago but I’ve really had a whirlwind month so sitting at the airport is the first chance I’ve had to look through my camera roll properly 😮‍💨 )

It’s the second time @itsclaudiarenee invited me back to teach at her baby @basecamp_by_teambasework 🥰 thank you for believing in me and for creating this camp where everyone feels safe to explore and encouraged to learn.

Just wanna give @itsclaudiarenee her flowers 💐- it’s not easy running events, and you do it with so much love and care. Events like these where people come together from all over the world to dance together are so special - this community we have would not be the same without amazing event organizers like Claudia who really curate a positive and supportive environment for everyone to experience. Without people like her who dream big and make things happen, our pole world would be a very different place indeed 🥹

Here’s a reminder to tell someone how much you appreciate them 🫶🏻 you have no idea how much it will mean to them!

Hi everyone! It looks like my email ended up in a lot of spam folders (so sad about that lol 😭), so I wanted to send the info here as well.

Here are the color options for this weekend’s photoshoot at Revel Room. Please message me with your name + the color you’d like so I can have everything prepared for your session.

Can’t wait to create with you all! ✨

🌸 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠—𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭…

There is a tiny, two-week window every year where the California’s central valley orchards transform into a sea of soft white and pale pink. It’s ethereal, it’s quiet, and it’s the most magical backdrop for pole dance photography.

I’m so excited to announce our Outdoor Almond Blossom Pole Shoots. We’re heading to a stunning private orchard location to capture your strength against the softest backdrop imaginable.

The Experience:
✨ 30-Minute Private Session
✨ Fully Guided (I’ll help you with every angle and toe point!)
✨ Perfect for all levels—from first-timers to advanced athletes
✨ 10 Professionally Edited High-Res Images

Investment: $490

Once the petals fall, they’re gone until next year. Spots are extremely limited to ensure we catch the peak bloom.

🔗 Bloom with us! Book your slot via the link in my bio or DM for more info!
