Words can’t even begin to explain how I feel right now, but I will try.

Erin meant so much to me. She was a best friend, a confidante, an ex-girlfriend, a motivator, and most importantly, someone I loved dearly with everything in me.

I am completely devastated by the news of her passing.

We recently had one of our catch-ups, and she was telling me about her time in Colorado, something we had talked about before she even accepted the role. We had also just recently worked on a project together. I just can’t believe she isn’t here right now.

It feels like I’m going to wake up from this nightmare, pick up the phone, and give her a call.

I’ve lost many people in my life whom I’ve loved, and it doesn’t get easier. The pain lingers. And now I’ve lost the person I could go to and talk about any and everything. She was a safe space for me, and right now, I feel lost.

We lost one of the most brilliant people I’ve ever known. Erin was a light in this world, and now everything feels a little dimmer without her here.

I’m praying for her family: her mother, father, sister, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins as they navigate this horrific loss. I’m praying for her Nu Delta sorority sisters. I’m praying for every person whose life she touched, because every room she stepped into, she made an impact.

And I’m also praying for myself, for strength to somehow get through this.

Thank you to all of my family, friends, and line brothers who have reached out to me. I truly appreciate every call, text, and message. 🙏🏾

My heart is so full! ❤️ I had an amazing birthday weekend with friends in a beautiful lake house in Connecticut. I couldn't have asked for a better time between the museum, winery, cooking together, the slumber party, beach time, and fie pit hangs...I truly feel blessed!

Another trip around the sun! 🌞 #PS41

This past year taught me so much about myself, what I value, and how I want to spend my time. I found myself doubling down on the things that genuinely bring me joy, especially being outdoors, exploring new places, slowing down, and appreciating the beauty around me.

I discovered new hobbies, challenged myself to try things I probably wouldn’t have a few years ago, and became more intentional about creating experiences instead of always waiting for the “right time.” I learned the importance of making space for adventure, rest, friendship, creativity, and the people who make life feel full.

There were lessons, changes, unexpected moments, and plenty of growth along the way. But more than anything, this year reminded me that life is meant to be lived, explored, and enjoyed.

I’m walking into this next chapter grateful for where I’ve been, excited about where I’m going, and committed to doing more of what makes me feel alive.

Nothing like a camping trip with your buddies! 🏕 We had such a good time in rural Pennsylvania at The Woods Campground, surrounded by trees, fresh air, good laughs, and even better company. I spent the Sunday of Juneteenth weekend on the Appalachian Trail with @outlandish.nyc, hiking through Greenwood Lake and Bellvale for a 3.5-mile adventure that gave us a little bit of everything.

We had rock scrambles, two scenic overlooks, a trail shelter, switchbacks and plenty of moments to catch our breath and take it all in. The waterfall was dried out, so we had to skip that part, but honestly, the views still showed out.

And of course, no good hike is complete without a sweet ending. We wrapped things up at Bellvale Farms Creamery, which was the perfect reward after a day on the trail. #hiking taken in Greenwood Lake, New York by @phaon
