Coolant + Engine Oil ⚠️
Let’s do some root cause analysis on this CAT 3116.

What could be causing the coolant to enter the engine oil?

Head gasket?
Cylinder liner/seal?
Oil cooler?
Injector sleeve?

Let’s break it down. 🔧
