💛 The celebration of women is such a joyful opportunity so I am taking this moment to share with you some of my favourites.💛

To my incredible daughters Francesca and Rosie whom I’m exceptionally proud of 💛

And to one of my most treasured memories from last summer. Two of my great girl friends and I at a yoga retreat in Ithaca. My happy place 💛

You’ll notice in both pictures there is a common theme. Smiling - and in the words of the great Thich Nhat Hanh…

Embracing the new and magnificent moon in Aquarius today it has a lot of potency. 👉Now is the time to focus on your goals,new beginnings both personally and collectively.

It is a real privilege to work with anyone looking to make changes, or those who may be on a journey of healing.

We often have a tenancy to look to externals, expecting that they will fulfil our needs. This can often result in feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. I find the most helpful and restorative route is to look within.
