An extraordinary night celebrating the launch of the @Couture.to.the.Max × @MoodFabrics Collection, two new @GuinnessWorldRecords titles, and the first time The Max Alexander™ — a zero-proof libation — was served outside of @PhilippeChow Fifth Avenue.

Crafted together by Max and the Philippe Chow Fifth Avenue team, The Max Alexander™ is an elegant, vivid, and impeccably designed couture expression, brought to life by its vibrant color, distinctive garnish, and refined presentation. Made with fresh lime juice, agave, and muddled blueberries, it has a soft pink hue and a tangy punch. Finished with a blue spirulina sea salt rim and garnished with fresh blueberries and a lime wedge, it is served in a chilled coupe.

Philippe Chow favorites, including Chicken Satay, Beijing Chicken, and Vegetable Spring Rolls, were served throughout the evening.
