Great weekend! Got to watch the bro Friday and ran market 2 market with the crew Saturday! Heard a great message at Christ community Sunday morning! Back to the grind again this week! All this running is paying off, hit a couple PRs this weekend and held some paces I didn’t think I was able to! Love the process and seeing results! Onward to the ultra marathon!

Pray for strength, obedience, discipline, and self control! Be a light and an example. If you messed an opportunity up to be a witness recently pray for all these things the next time you have the opportunity.
