Just wanted to give a massive shout out to this legendary pair: My legs! They're absolutely ancient but from decades of marathon running, multiple cross country cycle rides and now mountain crunching, they've never let me down. 👏🏼 I've no idea how much longer they'll keep going but in the meantime I'm massively grateful for their strength and all the (literal) support over the years!!!

Just a few weeks before the DRC (Daft Red Car) goes into hibernation for the winter. Hopefully a few more meets, drive outs and socials before that happens though? 🙏🏼 Let me know if you have any suggestions/ideas for car-related shenanigans before the end of October 🙏🏼🤷🏼🔥

What a journey! A few months back a friend of mine bought a Mk3 Supra with low miles that had barely moved for 20 years. I offered to re-commission the car and get it road worthy again not knowing that the entire braking system was shot along with a host of other issues including a non-functioning heater, leaking coolant hoses. faulty ABS and a poorly misfiring engine. 3 months later the car is PERFECT and I'm thrilled this car is ready for the roads once more and now in rude health. I'll take a very short break and get back to my own projects soon but this one has been a real challenge to put it mildly.....

Back from a few days in the Lakes and it has done me the world of good. Getting out on the fells is one of my great joys in life AND it was also ideal training for climbing Mount Ainos (Kefalonia, 1630m) at the end of September. Next up is a weekend of 'car stuff' watching the Touring Cars at Donington and then a few UK-wide gigs with @toxicitiesband What a lucky lucky fella I am!!! by @phillsayer

After a week of 'over-peopling' I've taken myself off to the lakes for a few days of hiking and driving some of my favourite roads. So nice to mix two hobbies into one break! 😜

A MASSIVE shout-out to @dav_plaha and the whole @jap_performance_show team for putting on THE most brilliant show at the Telford International Centre today. I've been in and around the JDM car scene since the 90s and this was perhaps THE most chilled and inclusive vibe I've ever experienced. Props to everyone involved - you made this what it was.

Also huge congrats to @turbo_jh on his 'Best in Show' Starion which was incredible. Nice to know he's also friends with @buzzinvtec and @performanceautoworks ❤

Finally a big thanks to everyone I chatted with including @cora__copen Debs and Mark, @michaeld_crx Micheal and Sean (?) @l66_jdm Lee and Eddy @imola_s2000 (sorry I crashed and couldn't make drinks!) @larasgallery2021 (and the amazing 3000GT) plus Chris and Sian with the stunning yellow S660 which they kindly let me sit in to check if I fit.... by @phillsayer
