Thrilled to be a Certified Sherry Educator.
Three days in the beautiful sherry region with the Consejo Regulador — vineyards, bodegas, great wines and food, an exam, and a diploma from César Saldaña himself. Bringing it all back to Luxembourg this winter. 🍷

🍾The wines used were

🧪Fake Sauvignon Blanc “Cuvée Chemistry”: Unoaked Chardonnay base + 4-MMP (passion fruit, elderflower) + IBMP (green bell pepper, tomato leaves) + tartaric acid (acidic taste). This was poured in the left and right glass.

💯Real Sauvignon Blanc: Mount Fishtail Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough. This was poured in the middle glass.
