Just rang the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange! Bucket list moment — and entirely unexpected.

After, we all got to sign the legendary wall in the stairwell, which includes signatures of everyone who has ever rang the bell.

Thanks for the fun, @nyse! taken in New York Stock Exchange by @philrosenn

The AI trade will not slow down if companies keep building consumer products that people actually use like Muse, Instinct and Silvia.

That enthusiasm has helped the Magnificent 7 come roaring back like it's 2023 again, and midterm elections provide another reason to stay bullish heading into the new year.

Only one conference in the world you can talk stocks on stage at lunch and then see Wiz Khalifa and Gym Class Heroes perform a blowout concert on the same stage by dinner.

That's @futureproof_hq Proof. And there's nothing like it.

Finance has always been a self-serious industry practiced behind closed doors inside fancy conference rooms.

But Future Proof puts it on the beach, where attendees have no choice but to swap suits for board shorts.

Had a blast sharing the stage with @sonalibasak for the first-ever live recording of FULL SIGNAL.

I also had the opportunity to moderate a panel with investors @justusparmar and @joeymagazine.

Just an incredible event from the Future Proof and @thecompoundnews team. @mattmiddleton__ is a genius. taken in Huntington Beach, California by @philrosenn

2025 has been the most consequential year of my life.

The first half proved to be a sprint and juggling act between running a business and planning a wedding in a fraction of the usual amount of time.

Kayt and I, with packed work and travel schedules, spent every night and weekend parsing vendor contracts, building color-coded spreadsheets and shuffling seating charts.

If it had been clear in January just how much work the wedding would require, we may have thought twice before committing to such a compressed timeline.

Fortunately — if painfully — we underestimated everything except ourselves.

After the wedding, the world opened up.

Business accelerated. I launched a show.

The wedding forced a level of decisiveness that bled into everything else.

The schedule offered so little wiggle room that I (we) had no choice but to sharpen priorities.

Optionality fell away, but I ended up doing fewer things, better.

Progress, I've learned, comes from burning the boats.

Once a decision becomes irreversible or too costly to unwind, everything snaps into place.

Standards rise and excuses disappear.

In the past, I tried to keep as many doors open as possible. Recent history taught me the value of closing the right ones.

Commitment is the unlock.

Nostalgic disposables from a whirlwind night with the best people that kicked off a series of back-to-back-to-back trips to visit family, meet old and new friends, speak at conferences, build business, and stack core memories.

These photos are not from long ago but the craziness of the last month makes them feel old.

But "old" is relative. I can say that now that I turned 30 (gulp). Really buried the lede here.

I always go back and forth about sharing photos from personal versus professional life but because I get to work and hangout with exclusively good people, the line is too blurry to pinpoint anyway.

I'm still going through photos from this night - and the last month of travels - but this initial album seemed like a good place to start. by @philrosenn

My alarm went off at 3:45 AM in California so I could talk stocks and AI on Fox Business with @riggsreport from across the country.

We had a wide-ranging discussion about how Wall Street has already forgotten about the Fed's first rate hike in 3 years, why AI doomers are wrong, the strong macro backdrop, and housing costs for young people. by @philrosenn

Bitcoin is up 28% in a month but almost the entire rally happened in a 3-day stretch.

A reminder that the best time to buy bitcoin was a long time ago, and the second best time is today.

AI is driving a generational bull market and yet boring stocks are outperforming high-flying tech names.

Industrials, utilities, financials and other non-AI corners are gaining momentum, doing the opposite of what typically passes as bubble behavior.

Inflation no longer moves markets like it used to because investors only care about AI.

Tech earnings drive double-digit swings in asset prices while macro numbers barely move the needle anymore.

365 days is not a long stretch of time but it goes even faster, and feels much fuller, when you spend it with the right person.

This is not what an AI-fueled stock market is supposed to look like.

Not only is the boring Dow nearly beating the tech-heavy, high-flying Nasdaq, but the most vanilla corners of the market — financials, healthcare, materials — are leading the charge.

It's a good reminder for the bears complaining about a top-heavy market that this bull run is broad-based and still widening.
