Rows at Barkalows | 42nd & Ellison | $5 Million Our biggest and most challenging development so far. 14 new homes. 1,789 sq. ft. each. 3 bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms. 2-car garages. We also built a brand new street, new sidewalks, new stormwater infrastructure, and a new stormwater detention basin. All 14 homes have been sold to Habitat for Humanity of Omaha, and some homes are still available. 📍North 24 Street, Laird to Sprague & Sprague to Sahler, North Omaha, NE On Aug. 16th we threw a back to school block party to kick off our $20 Million new neighborhood district in North Omaha. It was hot as hell! I appreciate everyone that came and supported the event! Thanks to @afra_m00n , it doesn’t even happen without her taking control and running everything.
