Tailgate vibes ➡️ Monday Night Football!

Last night was more than a rivalry game—it’s a celebration of New Orleans history. 20 years ago, the Saints returned to the Superdome for the unforgettable “Domecoming” game following Hurricane Katrina. A moment that represented resilience, hope, and the spirit of a city that refused to be broken. 💪🏾⚜️

From the tailgate to the Dome, celebrating the memories, the culture, and 20 years of Domecoming! 🖤💛 10/5/2026

It ended up being an embarrassing horrible lost but im 10 toes down for life! Im sticking by them. WHO DAT! ⚜️🔥

Atlanta’s The Race 5K 🏃🏾‍♀️✨ @therace_uc —bringing the race home and making it a whole vibe! 💚💛♥️

Ran it virtually right here at home (minus the hills😬) with my hyrox partner and my Lagniappe Run Club family @lagniapperunningclub ! 🧡🏃🏾‍♀️🔥 No matter the location, I show up, put in the miles, and have a good time doing it!

Atlanta miles. Louisiana style. Run club energy. 💪🏾💗🏅

ATL, #therace, and the hills- ill see you next year 🥴🫣🫶🏾 taken in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by @phjd2013

First FULL Partner HYROX Simulation! 🔥🔥 I feel GOOD!

One team. One pace. One goal.
We pushed, encouraged, and challenged each other through every run, every station, and every tough moment. When one of us started to fade, the other stepped up. When it got hard, we dug deeper—together. 💪🏾 BUT 🤬 THEM WALL BALLS!!!

This is what partner HYROX is about: trust, teamwork, and bringing out the best in each other.

My goal is under 2 hours! Need ro work on lunges, wall balls and running faster-TOGETHER! Those in training make sure you have the right shoes to run, push, & pull!

Race day is coming. WE’RE READY TO WORK! 🏃🏾‍♀️🔥🏋🏾‍♀️

The wait is over...🖤💛⚜️

There's nothing like the energy of the first regular season home game in the Dome. Loud fans, Saints football, and the best chant in the NFL. It's game day, New Orleans! Pulling up for the Saints vs. Raiders and ready to make some noise! ⚜️

🏀❤️‍🔥 BUCKET LIST: CHECK! ✅
What a way to experience the Aces’ last home game! Getting to see my girl and one of my fav WNBA players, A’ja Wilson, and the Starting 5 in action was truly a moment I’ll never forget. 🥹❤️🖤
Watching A'ja continue to dominate, lead, inspire, and represent with so much heart is something I’ll always be proud to witness. 👑🏾🏀❤️
And getting to see the legendary Nneka Ogwumike, an 11-time WNBA All-Star, made the night even more special. Knowing she’ll retire at the end of the 2026 season makes being there to witness this chapter of her incredible career even more meaningful. 👑🏾✨
From the energy in the arena to watching greatness on the court, this was truly a bucket-list experience and a CORE MEMORY forever! 🏀 #Sparks@Aces
