We almost let the rain cancel THIS?! 😮‍💨🔥

Today’s HYROX simulation brought grit, teamwork, and ENERGY! Athletes dug deep, partners found their rhythm, and cheers helping carry everyone through. 💪🏾

To every athlete who kept going when it got tough: CONGRATULATIONS! 👏🏾 You tested your pace, learned what needs work, and gave yourself something to build on. That’s a win!

And beating the rain? A little bonus. 🙌🏾🌧️

NOVEMBER, WE’RE COMING! 🔥

Watching this thinking, “Could I do that?” YES—you can! Join our Hyrox training classes and let us help you prepare for a future race. Bring your starting point. We’ll bring the guidance and a community ready to cheer you on. 💙

That’s the beauty of HYROX: it’s about YOU. Your pace. Your progress. Your finish line.

Who’s ready to cross theirs? 👀👇🏾

It’s amazing to see what @slimrunner1 has created and grown in just a short time. Run Krewe: Gonzales continues to grow, and the faces are becoming more and more familiar. Greatly appreciate @empire_wingzap to let us takeover and sweat all over the place. It’s beautiful to see people working to be better versions of themselves ❤️‍🔥 keep going. #fyp #running #viralreeĺs #runclub #mentalhealth

If Netflix did a documentary on how committed you are to your fitness goals….what would the main them be?

JUNE COMMITTED CLUB - congratulations . This month was different.

For the first time, we saw more members than ever consistently hitting 10–15 classes in a month. That tells us something bigger than attendance numbers, it tells us habits are forming, confidence is growing, and our community is choosing to show up for themselves.

Whether you made Committed Club this month or you’re working toward it, every class counts. Progress isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency.

Let’s celebrate them! Drop a 🔥 or 💙 in the comments and tag someone who’s been showing up and putting in the work.

Here’s to an even stronger July.
