October 🖤 personal month 8, word of the month was TRUST. Personal month 8 is associated with achievement & reaping rewards, personal power, taking charge of your material world. I worked hard, I took control of my routine more with special effort of making sure I was planning & creating nourishing meals - something that is so easily neglected when you’re busy & tired. I stayed consistent with going to the gym and looking after my body, preparing for the biggest event of my life. I felt myself on the edge of feeling stressed about time this month. I keep having to remind myself I’m in a personal year 7. Those who push in a year 7, come out exhausted. Which is why I wanted to lean into trust. I am reaping the rewards of growing a whole new human, of putting in the hard work of building a daily practice, holding boundaries & listening to my body… all before pregnancy. So now, it is second nature. I have never been more grateful for my past self. November word of the month - HERE 🤍 Do you have one? #personalnumbers #wordofthemonth Rainbow across my heart & the baby 🌈 The growth spurt in October has been wild. This pic was at the start of the month. In the first trimester I went off chocolate completely… and now… 🙈 Baby loves the morning practice Forest adventures Re-creating (trying) Budapest breakfasts Love bumping into the cows Always wanted to pull the cosmic egg, and it dropped out on the full moon 🌝 Full moon cleansing Grateful to my body & my will for taking my ass to the gym weekly ❤️‍🔥 Mother daughter dates in the forest ☕️ Misty Halloween morning Never felt more like a witch creating a whole new human. I’m magic and that’s that. Why is siting by a fire the actual greatest. Navigating, surrendering, loving by @phlowspace
I used to think affirmations were a bit of a waste of time. But from my breathwork journey, I have learned & experienced the power of them. Sometimes they hit you and your body rejects them with disbelief, disgust & shame - those are the goodies. Sometimes they land on you with so much relief, love, comfort & clarity - those are also the goodies. I use affirmations in breathwork sessions and it truly is the icing on the cake. When we find THAT affirmation, it’s gold dust. ✨ do you have any favourite affirmations at the moment? ✨ #affirmations by @phlowspace
Every year it gets clearer to me it’s the simple stuff that works the best. My personal practice has become less… therefore more. My classes have become simpler… therefore more powerful & effective (I believe). Don’t get me wrong, I love a fun new pose to try out. But it’s the simple stuff that actually keeps us well. 🤌🏼 cat cow everyday for lyf. 🐈‍⬛ 🐄 #yoga #breathwork #simplicity by @phlowspace
It’s okay to feel 2 things at once! It’s actually amazing how much harder things are. That’s even without the bump getting in the way yet. I can FEEL there is more blood in my body. 🩸 grateful to my body working hard all day every day 🤌🏼 #pregnancy #2ndtrimester by @phlowspace
September 🔐 personal month 7, word of the month was CLEAR. Personal month 7 is associated with rest, deep introspection, spiritual exploration/growth. I used this month to start the mission clear out at home and my god it feels good. Making space in the home, makes space for creativity, new blessings & room to BREATHE. I tended to myself more and my relationships and it felt so nourishing 💘 I had a magical ritual doing the Adi Shakti meditation with my husband and then the beautiful women in my life to welcome the new soul that landed on day 120 post conception. Grateful for this special time. ✨ October word of the month - TRUST 🪽 Do you have one? #personalnumbers #wordofthemonth When you hit that 2nd trimester high 🪩 The baby knows they’ve got east end in their blood. An impromptu night watching my darling sing amongst candles 🕯️ Joining a brand new, beautiful studio @nafaswellnessstudio 🤍 love being surrounded by women who inspire me! Chicken is back on the menu. I don’t make these decisions with my mind… it all comes from the body. The last bath together for a while… the bumps too big now 😆 Said growing bump 👼🏼 A facial, hair colour & hair cut in 1 month. What a treat. Our 1st wedding anniversary 🧻 Veil & bouquet on naturally. My darling organised our wedding meal to be re-created 🥹 and was even more exciting because I got to try the beef that everyone went mad about! 2x wedding desserts in one bowl 🤌🏼 Budapest 🇭🇺 celebrating our anniversary & our growing sugar bean. Love finding a huge flag. Goulash was delish. Can’t wait to make some this winter. So glad we went away in my 2nd trimester when I had energy to walk thousands of steps 😂 🍸 🚃 Love doing the food tours in different countries! Had this twice it was so good! Lángos - basically deep fried pizza with fresh ingredients on top. Their traditional one has sour cream and cheese on top. My god.. 🤤 by @phlowspace

We are always missing what’s been… always rushing to what’s next. What about now? This perfect moment ✨ Equinox is equal parts day & night, it reminds us that balance is not something to strive for or hope for. You have the control to create balance right now. In the smallest pockets of time, you can create balance. The scales are never even.. that’s the point of it… it’s a constant dance, forever our responsibility to discern what we say yes and no to. Don’t let the scale tip too far, or wait until a certain moment in time to bring the balance back. Start now, start today. We are breathing for 5 mins a day for 21 days starting with a live online workshop on 4th Oct. Fancy it? Comment/message for details or find out more on my website 🧡✨ #equinox #balance #responsibility #self by @phlowspace
21 DAYS OF DEVOTION 🌹 From the 4th Oct - 25th Oct, I will be holding a 21-day group programme where we will cultivate a daily breathing practice in a way that works for you, including 4 LIVE sessions. THE PLAN: Starting our exploration on 4th October (9am) with a LIVE online session introducing Conscious Connected Breathwork & the tools.  From this session, you will find your most efficient breath, you’ll know exactly what to do daily and also start to explore different tools so you can tune into your body instead of your mind.  The 21 days will end perfectly on 25th October as the clocks go back, the days start to get shorter & darker but we will be locked in to our daily devotion; it won’t knock us.  The daily practice will be: Conscious Connected Breathing for at least 5 minutes. Just 5 minutes. Of course, you can lengthen this out to 15, 30, 45, 60 mins. I understand from personal experience, every day is different. But even 5 minutes of conscious breathing will change the course of your day. It is advised you do this first thing in the morning but of course, whenever is appropriate in your day. LIVE SESSIONS Sunday 4th, 9-10:30am - Introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork & the tools Sunday 11th, 9-10:30am - A group breathe Sunday 18th, 9-10:30am - Yoga + Breathwork exploration  Sunday 25th, 9-10:30am - Yoga + Breathwork journey
There will be accountability & support provided throughout our time together as well as weekly themes and daily motivation.
EARLY BIRD TICKET UNTIL 27th SEPTEMBER- £40

Mornings are precious. Mornings can feel hard, stressful, fast paced, rushed, ignored. You have the power to make your mornings slower, wondrous, full of gratitude, present, energising. Only you can do this for yourself. But I can help 💘 watch this commitment to yourself trickle throughout your day, your whole life & your household. 🪄 #dailypractice #yoga #breathwork #energy #morning by @phlowspace
Please book via email ✨ Limited to 6 spaces 🙏🏻 A deeply experiential, somatic journey designed to deepen your connection to your body and breath. We’ll begin by landing into the space, taking a moment to arrive, settle, and connect with yourself. You’ll be invited to set an intention for the session, or simply remain open to whatever you may experience. From there, we’ll move through a gentle Yoga flow, creating space in the body, opening the breathing muscles, and helping to quiet and settle the mind. You’ll then be guided into a conscious connected breath practice. This can be a powerful opportunity to connect with yourself more deeply and may support the processing or release of emotions, sensations, and old stories held within the body. We’ll close with deep rest and stillness, allowing your body and nervous system space to integrate the experience. Come as you are. There is nothing you need to achieve. This is simply an invitation to breathe, feel, and be. #yoga #breathwork #e4 #chingford #northchingford by @phlowspace
