Hi :) For those who don’t know the voice behind this account… my name is Phoebe and I’m the owner of Pandr. Today is my 36th birthday, but it also marks 10 years of working for myself. Technically not 10 years of Pandr (my first business name was San Diego Letters, iykyk), but still a huge milestone.

Supposedly 78% of small businesses close in their first year. That drops to 50% by year five and roughly 35% by year ten, so I feel really lucky to still be here. I’ve made it through the rocky early years of being a baby entrepreneur, a global pandemic, partnership restructuring, and a lot of trial and error.

But all the good things have led me to travel the world painting murals for amazing clients alongside amazing people. Thank you to everyone who has supported Pandr over the years. I love ya. Here’s to 10 more!!!!!!! taken in San Diego, California by @phoebecornog

Did you know you can just… paint your patio?!

Seriously wish we did this sooner. It completely transformed the space and we LOVE it.

Here’s how we did it:
– Step 1 (not pictured): power washed the patio so it was squeaky clean
– Let it dry, then primed with concrete primer
– Base coat went down next (about 1.5 coats) — brushed edges around pergola posts, rolled the rest
– Then came the fun part… a little math and snap lines to map out the checkerboard (no tape!!)
– Painted the dark squares: brushed edges, rolled the centers (again ~1.5 coats)
– Touchups and sealed everything to lock it in

Put the furniture back and it feels like a whole new backyard. Our backs hurt lol but it was 1000% worth it. 10/10 recommend if you want a big impact without a big budget ✨ taken in San Diego, California by @phoebecornog

This one is extra special💕

Just wrapped up this mural for @lovecityvet’s second location in Northern Liberties, and my heart is very full. I grew up in Philly, so getting to come home, see old friends, and paint in the city that shaped me never gets old.

I actually went to high school with Killian, the owner, and watching her build something this thoughtful, community-driven, and successful has been so inspiring. I painted the mural at her first South Philly location back at the end of 2022, so getting to be part of this next chapter feels incredibly meaningful.

Lots of girl power went into this one 💪✨Got to hire @illusorymurals and @knewartwork again to assist. We also painted the exam room numbers throughout the clinic to help identify each room.

I love the colors in this mural and can confidently say it’s a new favorite of mine. So proud of this project, this team, and this space. Go birds!! taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @phoebecornog
