Thank you to all the women that showed up and supported me through this milestone. I am forever grateful and in deep gratitude of the love, kindness and encouragement that I received.

This is what women supporting women looks like.

I now have murals out in #TempeArizona and all thanks to my friends @phoebecornog & @allikdesign 🙌🏼

I was diagnosed with #colorectalcancer in March and had several months of murals lined up across the country. My surgery was scheduled for May 1 and it would require an 8 week recovery. Mild panic set in. I didn’t want to leave a client hanging and I also didn’t want to lose out on work I had already designed.

Phoebe and Alli have been my sounding board for years. I called them as soon I got the news. I needed advice. And boy did they deliver. They immediately said “we’ve got you” and moved their schedules around to honor my client commitments. It was relief I didn’t have to ask for in such a hectic time. The most amazing gift from two friends I’m lucky to have.

We became close friends by way of the internet. Phoebe in San Diego and Alli in Dallas, and both with incredible careers ahead of mine. You never know what a DM can do. To some, what might be competition quickly became community. So reach out to those you look up to, because you could find yourself some true advocates for what you’re building.

Big thanks to @landon_koch, @primeafterprime, @lizzyjanedoe & @sabree.art for the assist! Timelines were important and it took a team. That, and a few boom lifts.

These walls were big!

Also so grateful for my killer client team — @kirsten_malloy, @laurynskii and @leishamcvicar of @subtext_living — for trusting us to get it done. These girls had my back through this rollercoaster of appointments/unknowns and already have me back on walls. SO close to being back in biz 🙌🏼

Next up: Columbia & St. Louis.

I’m cancer free. Grateful and locking in a hefty fall/winter schedule. Let’s get it 🚀

The paintbrush hack you didn’t know you needed (and honestly, neither did I until recently)! 🖌️✨

Wishing the happiest belated birthday to the absolute queen of inspiration, @phoebecornog! 🥳 Thank you for constantly sharing your knowledge and lifting up fellow artists trying to make it in the game. 💖

Phoebe shared this literal lifesaver of a hack with me, and I had to pass it on to my students. If you have paintbrushes that are rock-solid because someone (no names mentioned 👀) forgot to clean them properly... DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY.

Instead, try this:
1️⃣ Grab a container and place your stiff brushes inside.
2️⃣ Submerge the bristles in Murphy’s Oil Soap / Wood Cleaner.
3️⃣ Let it sit! It breaks down the dried paint over a few days to a week.

Slide to the end of the video to see how they come out looking and feeling like brand new! ⚡️🫟 It’s absolute magic.

👇 Drop a comment below: What’s your ultimate studio cleanup hack? Or confess... how many ruined brushes do you currently have sitting in a cup? 👇

Hi :) For those who don’t know the voice behind this account… my name is Phoebe and I’m the owner of Pandr. Today is my 36th birthday, but it also marks 10 years of working for myself. Technically not 10 years of Pandr (my first business name was San Diego Letters, iykyk), but still a huge milestone.

Supposedly 78% of small businesses close in their first year. That drops to 50% by year five and roughly 35% by year ten, so I feel really lucky to still be here. I’ve made it through the rocky early years of being a baby entrepreneur, a global pandemic, partnership restructuring, and a lot of trial and error.

But all the good things have led me to travel the world painting murals for amazing clients alongside amazing people. Thank you to everyone who has supported Pandr over the years. I love ya. Here’s to 10 more!!!!!!!

Conversations about art don’t always have to be so serious 😅 I had an amazing time talking with Phoebe, owner of @pandrdesignco about everything from being a woman in a male dominated industry, how she went from a cushy design job to being a muralist, and some of her craziest mural stories. Check out the newest episode of Artist with a Dream out on my Youtube channel (hannaxart) now!
