So proud of seeing my friends progress, and feel such a difference from flowing. They gain mobility, undo damage from repetitive daily movement patterns, and give their brain something fun a tricky to figure out. Basically it’s like being a kid again

It was so fun traveling to Austin for International Animal Flow Day 2026!!! The night before our meetup with the rest of the group, Shaina and I got to practice the L1 & L2 sections of the flow, followed by a relaxing evening swim.

Purely magical and so satisfying to see all that we’ve been practicing for the past couple weeks come to fruition. I love watching a student of mine completely crush it!! 🤩 And to flow alongside her is also an honor. I’m so grateful for the relationships I’ve built through the @animalflowofficial community. We are all united through our love of movement 🌏 taken in Life Time Austin North by @phoenixfitflow

Thank you @madelineberky and @animalflowofficial for this personally healing flow of the week.

These past four weeks have been hard. I’ve been struggling to breathe daily due to a fungal infection in my respiratory tract and lungs. It’s easy to take the basics of life for granted, right?

It’s been a slow healing process. I’m getting back to baseline, and I’m grateful for my flow practice that fills in the gaps. Basic movements, activations, breathwork, slow-and-controlled drills have been vital to my healing process.

So today here’s my fight back against sickness. A flow that I can fine-tune, and I’m very proud of what I was able to accomplish physically, emotionally, and mentally today, fighting through obstacles just to move and breathe.

Gratitude.
