INTERNATIONAL ANIMAL FLOW DAY 2026 🐾🐉

Another IAFD in the books.

The Flow is cool. The finished video is cool. But the best part of these things is always the people who show up and move together.

Huge thank you to my wife and star student @lindzwelek424 , fellow Regional Leader @andypilatesphysio , instructors @danslionsden , @phoenixfitflow & @yogritsman , future instructor @juicytalkpodcast1 —who somehow jumped into this thing after doing Animal Flow for ONE WEEK 😂—and @abbott.ben & Ginny (who is an AMAZING 78 years young) for putting in the work and bringing the energy.

And a special welcome to our new friends @aj_builds_ai & @mauijohnson , who joined the crew and helped make this year’s Flow one to remember.

Different backgrounds. Different levels of experience. One shared practice.

That’s what this is supposed to be.

Move. Learn. Connect. Flow.

Thank you to everyone who made International Animal Flow Day 2026 such a AWESOME time.

Already looking forward to seeing who joins us next year. 👊🐾

The Principles Are Few. The Methods Are Many.

THE STAR STUDENT. 🐉

Tomorrow we’ll be filming our 2026 submission for International Animal Flow Day, and leading into it, here’s my favorite Flowist doing her thing.

My wife Lindsay has been my star student for years—and watching her make these movements her own is one of my favorite parts of teaching.

At this point, it’s probably a little late to learn the entire IAFD Flow well enough to jump into tomorrow’s filming. 😂

But it is absolutely NOT too late to come see what this is all about.

We’ll be at ESP tomorrow at 12:30 PM rehearsing and filming this year’s International Animal Flow Day Flow.

Come watch.
Meet the crew.
See the practice in person.

And maybe you’ll find yourself thinking:

“I want in on that next year.”

Good.

We’ll teach you. 🐉

Most people don’t need more exercise.

They need a movement practice that challenges strength, mobility, coordination, and awareness—all at the same time.

That’s exactly why I love Animal Flow.

Whether you’re a trainer, yogi, martial artist, kettlebell enthusiast, or someone who simply wants to move better, this event is for you.

I’m excited to be hosting International Animal Flow Day at Extreme Studio Performance on Saturday, August 29, alongside @andypilatesphysio, our Animal Flow Regional Leader from Austin, TX and @reapwhatyouflow, another DFW Regional Leader, as well as some of our other awesome DFW Animal Flow Instructors, @lindzwelek424, @phoenixfitflow and @danslionsden

You’ll learn. You’ll sweat. You’ll laugh. And you’ll leave moving better than when you walked in.

🐉 No experience necessary.
🐉 All fitness levels welcome.
🐉 Come experience what the Animal Flow community is all about.

📩 Shoot me a DM to reserve your spot or ask any questions. Space is limited, and we’d love to have you there.

See you on the floor.

What you’re watching here isn’t choreography.

It’s a language.

A system.

A practice built over time.

This is what’s possible when you commit to Animal Flow.

And on March 21–22, we’re bringing the full Level 1 Workshop to Extreme Studio Performance in Dallas, TX.

Two days.
Full immersion.
Hands-on coaching.

You can learn movements online.

But you cannot feel real-time correction through a screen.
You cannot experience the energy of a room full of movers.
You cannot replicate the depth of live feedback and hands-on refinement.

In-person education is different.

Your wrist position gets adjusted.
Your scapular engagement gets dialed in.
Your transitions get cleaner.
Your confidence goes up.

That’s what this weekend is about.

If you’re a:
• Trainer
• Coach
• Yoga instructor
• Martial artist
• Or someone who simply wants to move better

This is your entry point.

March 21–22
Dallas, TX
Extreme Studio Performance

Spots are limited.

If this video speaks to you… come learn how to build it.

DM me for details.
