SKDC Spring 2026, fin.The one with love.Reading between the lines might help tell why I didn't keep up with this series weekly as I had intended. But my God, did the community around me make sure it had one hell of an ending.Nothing on a piece of paper matters more than what I've blessed with. That this silly little kids game and all the people around it have made my life infinitely better. But... I suppose a little validation every now and again is good for the soul.There is uninhibited love and joy in these pictures and videos. Dare I even say joy. No matter what may ever go through my mind or whatever may come next, May 10, 2026 is a day I don't believe I can ever forget. by @phoenixpersevering

I found it difficult to do a traditional birthday post at the time of it for... reasons. And I wouldn't consider this to be one either. But I looked back through how I spent the weekend (these pictures are not in chronological order) and I couldn't help but to feel grateful.I still don't think I can provide any great wisdom or insight. This past year was a lot. These pictures might suggest I'm thriving but I'm not ashamed to say that I'm not. What I am proud to say, however, is that I'm not letting that stop me from trying to live my best life and take in what I can from those willing to share with me. And to those people I say this: I love you more than you'll ever know.Also Raye and Amma and Absolutely were amazing. I'm not the best record-at-concert person but enjoy these samplings. Scientists say the sun will burn out in 5 billion years. I suppose until then that it'll keep shining regardless of whatever miniscule happenings occur here on Earth.Ideally, the song attached to this post is equally true. by @phoenixpersevering

Sometimes the best you can do is show up. And that's okay.I'm often hyperaware of the fact that social media tends to show the best of life. Most people don't want to share the lows with the masses, and for many good reasons. I've never been one to hide when I'm not okay or fake a smile. While I may or may not choose to share what I'm going through at any given moment, I think it's important to note that life isn't all sunshine, rainbows, vacations, and good times.I don't have anything wise or inspirational to add at the moment. Ideally we'll be back to your regularly scheduled programming next week. by @phoenixpersevering
