THE PERFECT CREAM OF RICE CAKE 🥣🍫 SAVE THIS RECIPE FOR LATER 📌 🥣 STEP 1 — CHOOSE YOUR RATIO Start with rice flour + boiling water. I recommend a 1:4–1:6 ratio depending on your preferred consistency. 100g rice flour: 1:4 = 400ml water 1:5 = 500ml water 1:6 = 600ml water Less water = thicker, more cake like. More water = more volume with a softer consistency. 🔥 STEP 2 — COOK Add your rice flour to the boiling water in a microwave safe bowl, mix thoroughly and microwave for approximately 2 minutes. 🍫 STEP 3 — CHOCOLATE LAYER While hot, add your dark chocolate and spread it evenly across the top as it melts. Leave it on the bench for around 20 minutes to cool, put the lid on and refrigerate overnight. You can also eat it warm if you prefer! 🍓 STEP 4 — ADD YOUR FRUIT The next day, take it out and add your fruit of choice. I used strawberries, banana & dates, but blueberries, raspberries or whatever you enjoy works perfectly. 🥛 STEP 5 — WHEY DRIP Start with a 1:1 ratio: 40g whey = 40ml water. Adjust depending on the brand/flavour and your preferred consistency. I used 40g whey + 70ml water in this recipe. PRO TIP 💡 Make your whey drip the night before and refrigerate it. It thickens overnight and gives you an unreal dessert style consistency. 🤤 🧂 STEP 6 — TOP IT OFF Pour over your whey drip and finish with your toppings. I use 2g pink Himalayan salt + cinnamon, but get creative — Biscoff, Oreos, nut butter, chocolate or whatever fits your macros! 💊 Need Cream of Rice, whey or supplements? ⚠️ Heavily requested ⚠️ TOP 3 COR IN ORDER (for once) This is our take. Yes, we’ve considered other brands we don’t stock. Everyone’s using most brands behind the scenes whether they’re sponsored or not because why not have some variety right? End of the day, it’s just rice flour bro. Meant to be enjoyed by all and a hack to creating some sweet treats in prep, offseason or even go lifestyle people. Drop your favourite and why in the comments below 👇 by @phs_aus

The change up is in full effect. We’re not a one stop shop (aren’t you sick of hearing that?) We prefer a mix of familiar and more importantly, unique products that aren’t the easiest to source. Coming up to a year and what a wild ride it’s been so far thanks to all of you. Looking forward for what’s to come! Again, not AI ⚡️🧠 🎥 @prestigevisualsaus by @phs_aus
