The toxic drug crisis affects families, friends, and communities.

Overdose prevention sites (OPS) are a vital part of responding to the toxic drug crisis and helping people access care.

In 2025/2026, PHS’s Molson Overdose Site (MOPS) recorded over 30,000 visits, with 4% of these visits needing lifesaving overdose interventions.

Thanks to our incredible community, our PHS Run Team raised over $33,500 for PHS's Vancouver Food Program Expansion Project! ❤️

Our Food Program currently prepares and delivers 3,900+ nutritious meals every day to supportive housing and shelter residents and people experiencing food insecurity in Vancouver's DTES.

On National Seniors Day, we are reminded that every senior deserves a home. Today, more seniors than ever are at risk of homelessness.

Investments in supportive housing helps older adults living with complex health needs.

Currently, 43% of people housed by PHS are older adults and seniors.

As our communities grow older, the need for supportive housing continues to increase. By raising awareness today, we can help create better options for tomorrow.

This Sunday, Samir from @604donateandjunkit is running the Under Armour Eastside 10K in support of PHS's Vancouver Food Program that produces and delivers over 3,900 daily meals for thousands of supportive housing and shelter residents receive every single day.

Through his work in the DTES, Samir sees firsthand how many people rely on community support and access to nutritious meals.
