CAC championships representing Guyana 🇬🇾 in the DR.
Putting competitions in to words is hard and often you want to say less.

My first competition for Guyana - these are for you Dad ❤️💛💚 I know you would have loved every moment of this.

Thanks to coach Sean & team mate Shammah for getting me through in the back room. Was great to see Guyana up on the board this last week.

Bodyweight 86kg (that extra kilo drop especially post holiday, was no joke for me), not my best performance but a score on the board.

Emotions mixed: proud, grateful & yet motivated by being unsatisfied.

Thanks to @mems_weightlifting for always pushing me, even at my big age. Looking forward to the next push under his watchful eye & the continued expert help from @sinead.feedfuelperform 🙏🏽

And to my heart, my rock @trungy.fitness who always reminds me of my why 🥺❤️

This 👆🏾 is 🪽Valkyrie strength 🪽
(Part 1) 😁

Had some fun making this with Rowan at the start of the summer in the one & only Manor.

I’m now opening up 4 more coaching sports heading in to the winter, which isn’t something I’ve previously done but now is the time!

So if you know your “why” and are looking to progress, or you’re still searching for your why, but are ready to take on a new athletic goal, then I want to hear from you.

There will be 4 spots available beginning in November & the first month will be free!

If you’d like the opportunity to work on improving your skills, progressing & improving your technique or just want to have the freedom to workout without having to decide what you’re going to do each session, then comment VS below or DM me 📧

Since making this video back in the summer, we’ve progressed so much as a team that I hope to bring you a more up to date version of us soon. But for now, looking forward to meeting you & helping you progress towards your goals ☺️

Number two in the world🥈✨

World Masters Weightlifting Championships 2026
📍 Athens

First place coming out of the snatches and going in to the clean and jerk meant NOTHING, because the ladies came ready to fight. What a great competition!

Otherwise a moment for the following
* My first masters international for Guyana
* Coached myself at this comp 🥹
* Set new national records in Guyana for the snatch, and clean & jerk (awaiting confirmation) in my age & weight class

As always, enjoyed sharing a platform with @bbwicky 💛 and the lovely team @psych_weightliftingclub

Coach, thank you ☺️ @mems_weightlifting
And a special thanks to my person. For always standing by my side (in his Guyana top) 😅 and cheering me on 🥰❤️ @trungy.official

Breathless and a feeling of déjà vu, all at once. Athens at sunset felt like a movie scene I'd already lived.

Between the rain ☔️ on the bank holiday, we still found a way to get some postcards from home with my ❤️’s.

My niece being an absolute nerd like the her Mum and her Aunt warms my heart to be honest. I enjoyed every minute of seeing her Stranger Things pop up book (this is a top tier gift from her Mum) and I loved introducing them all to the world of D&D whilst we were rained inside!

As you can see my babes said “Cornwall Dad mode is activated” 🤣 #Cornwall will always have a piece of my heart 💓

CAC Games 2026 ✨ A pleasure to represent the flag in my heart, on my chest 🇬🇾

8th BABY!! Writing these posts is always interesting because we always want more, and we’re athletes because of that same drive! But for 50 seconds join me to celebrate the moments and the memories.

Because they’re with me for life & that is priceless!
Thank you coach Mem, thank you Team Guyana, thank you to my fiancé for helping me for the last 3 months of cutting ❤️ & Sinead for getting me there!! And thank you SD2026 for all and the big stage 🫰🏾🫰🏾

Shout out to @adamcgordon89 for being the voice I needed in my ear on the day!! 🙏🏽🫶🏾

🫰🏾Lift Guyana 🇬🇾🫰🏾
You know I love a little something extra on my nails pre comp, but I don’t like damaging my nails. So this time we went simple and effective, 2 nails painted, message clear.

Thanks to my sis for always coming through with the best nails, her free hand art is the most top of tiers ☺️😍
