100 Summers 💕

My 36th summer was full of love, and I pray I have 36 more + 28!

100 summers to live, love, and do it in a new way each time.

I look back at last summer and think, what if that was my last summer? I wouldn’t be sad.

This summer was probably one of the most peaceful summers I’ve had in a long time. A very ordinary summer to anyone looking in from the outside, but I spent it around people who make me feel safe, seen, and loved.

This summer was a reminder to stop waiting for circumstances to be perfect in order to live. 💕

Happy to have you with us 🙌🏾
He's available now on the client portal for booking.

CAC & Jamaica 2026 is complete

What a trip! It was a dream of mine to compete in a multi-sport event and it's ticked off the list.

Managed a total PB, and the team performed so well overall. We have only been active for 5 years and have achieved so much with much more to come.

The second half of the trip has been in Kingston Jamaica, it's been amazing catching up with the rest of the team and meeting our nations legendary lifters and being able to train Infront of them and take on advice.

Here's to the future! 🇯🇲♥️

She represented Team Guyana 🇬🇾in the CAC Games and made a few important foods she wanted to eat whilst being on an insane 10KG cut! ✂️🙀

Very proud of her and her performance in the games, first of her name! 🤌🏽❤️

A massive thanks to Miss @youbake.mehappy for creating this 1/1 Guinness cake that Samantha wanted : very moist, and tasted delicious! 😋💛

Make sure you check out their page for some amazing goods, healthy or a treat ;) 🤠
