‼️ The secret to my success as a professional personal trainer? ‼️

I’m absolutely obsessed with seeing people win 💯

👉🏼I know what it’s like to be counted out, to be the one who had to earn respect.
👉🏼I know what it feels like to chase something bigger than yourself.

When you’re an athlete chasing greatness, there will be moments of doubt.

That’s where I come in 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

⚔️I take athletes somewhere in their minds where they feel untouchable.

⚔️We build a winning spirit and back that belief with award winning training.

Nothing fuels me more than being part of someone’s transformation and story.

This isn’t a job to me. It’s a calling.
And I’m here to answer 👑

It’s been a busy couple of months and it’s so easy to skip over accomplishments and continue to have your head down and keep working. But I wanted to take a moment to recognize some hard work that is paying off. Here’s a little recap of some of their results 🏅

PPA Mesa
🥇 Melissa Bere — 5.0 mixed doubles
🥇 Cole Chiaramonte — 3.0 men’s doubles
🥈 James & Erin Goodnow — 3.5 mixed doubles
🥉 Grace Kosednar — 4.5 women’s doubles

PPA Challengers
🥈 Kelly Goodnow — pro women’s doubles, Seattle
🥈 Kelly Goodnow — pro mixed doubles, Atlanta

Beat the Heat Open | Flagstaff
🥇 Beth Kleinman — 3.5 mixed doubles
🥈 Thierry Zerbib — men’s skinny singles
🥉 Thierry Zerbib — men’s doubles and mixed doubles

🥉 Marta Sondergaard — Labor Day tournament

Medals are exciting, but what makes me proudest is seeing the practice, persistence, and growth behind them. It doesn’t matter to me if my students compete or not but one of the best parts of my job is seeing people grow as players and people. Congratulations to all of you and thanks for choosing me as your coach 💛. by @pickleballgrace
