Extra, extra! Read all about it!
Hell yeah I have a classified ad in the fabulous @weehawkengazette. And hell yeah @susanpickover made me an old timey graphic to share here. I love a local news outlet. And I love writing personal ads for my book 💜
(Did it work? Do you want to make Goodreads stars with me?)

Spoiler alert, my conversation with @susanpickover of @pickoverdesigns about how she came up with the image on my book cover turns into a high stakes game of How Well Do We Know Each Other? (And, yes, that was really her answer to “what’s your biggest fear” on the first day of college. Syllabus schmyllabus!) Also hear about how the artwork on the cover changed over time and why the original cover was… HOT PINK?!?
Watch the full interview on S*bstack. Link in bio.

It’s always so fun seeing my work out in the world but usually it’s on a tee shirt or sticker. Once in a while the amazing @mellow1471 lets me design something huge for @breakitdowntx. Thank you to the whole @breakitdowntx team for helping make this truck a reality. by @pickoverdesigns

I’m so excited to finally share with you all one of the most exciting projects I’ve had the pleasure to work on. The incredibly talented Alyson Mosquera Dutemple is having her first book published this October through Cornerstone Press and I got to design the cover. Feast your eyes on Marvelous Freaks of Nature! A brilliant collection of short stories. Check out Alyson’s website alysondutemple.com or sub stack @swellspoken for pre-order information. by @pickoverdesigns

Loving trying this adorable Chibi style of art. All are done on Procreate mostly with a 6b pencil. What scene should I do next? #heatedrivalry #hollanov #fanart #procreate by @pickoverdesigns

My 9 year old asked me to try Chibi style so I did. It was so fun. I think I’ll do more. #hollanov #chibi #heatedrivalryfanart by @pickoverdesigns
