Henry Teofilo is the founder of Sole Purpose, an Australian youth empowerment and support organization dedicated to helping young people thrive through mentoring, family support services, school-based programs, and community consulting. Working collaboratively with schools, families, and existing support networks, Sole Purpose provides a holistic approach to guiding and uplifting youth. Henry traveled from Australia to attend the Pasifika Mental Health Conference, where he shared his passion for strengthening the wellbeing and future of Pacific communities.

It is with great privilege that I have the ability to work in the healing field. It is an even greater privilege to be a Pasifika woman. It is when these two worlds collide that I feel my cup has runneth over!

Today, I had the honor to attend and present at the Pasifika Mental Health Conference. My Pasifika sister, friend, and colleague, Noa Tia & myself presented on Racial Imposter Syndrome. The presentation was well-received and so many persons in the space added great value to the experience through TALANOA.

In addition to this, I was able to leave the space with new tools, insight, knowledge, and connection that I had not had prior to attending. The conference committee did their job on this conference cause the skill building & healing that happened in that room today was beautiful! #Pasifika #MentalHealth #Healing taken in Crown Plaza by @piclinicians
