BAR PARADISO TOUR DE FRANCE 🇫🇷- 4th STOP - LEGRAND FILLES ET FILS 🍷

This Thursday 15th of October Bar Paradiso moves to Paris for a special night at the legendary @caveslegrandparis with @arno_tronche !

For one night only we’ll host an aperitivo together with long time friend and Barbaresco Producer @pier_busso that will bring some of his Iconic wines to taste by the glass . Arnaud selected some other special wines that will be available by the glass . @barparadisomilano will curate the snacks at the aperitivo with his “ classics “ .

After that , we’ll host a special dinner with @lorenzomanda from @torre_ristorante @fondazioneprada and a crazy selection of magnum selected by Legrand and Paradiso.

The aperitivo is walk in , dinner only w reservation, link in bio at @caveslegrandparis !

❗️New day, new arrival

Onze liefde voor La Famiglia Busso is onvoorwaardelijk. Deze 4 pareltjes kwamen vandaag bij ons binnen:

Barbaresco Mondino 2023: Deze Barbaresco zit vol potentieel en meer ‘sérieux’ dan je gebruikelijk van een ‘instap-Barbaresco’ zou verwachten. De wijn is open, rijk en tegelijk zeer elegant. Dit is geen tussendoortje, maar een Mondino met ambitie. Deze 2023 is nu al genereus, maar bezit voldoende structuur om mooi te verouderen.

Barbaresco Albesani Borgese 2022 toont waarom deze cru zo geliefd bij onze klanten is. Alle druiven werden in de tweede helft van september geplukt, wat zorgde voor perfecte rijpheid zonder overdaad. De tannines zijn delicaat aanwezig en geven de wijn frisheid en spanning. Het hout is naadloos verweven in het geheel. Albesani is doorgaans iets toegankelijker in zijn jeugd dankzij zijn openheid en charme.

De Barbaresco San Stunet 2022 is de enige cru uit de comune Treiso, afkomstig van de gelijknamige wijngaard gelegen op 420 meter hoogte. Die hogere ligging zorgt voor natuurlijke frisheid en blijkt in warmere jaren een grote troef. De wijn is verfijnd, strak en bijzonder elegant. Het totale plaatje klopt. Dit is zonder twijfel een van de beste San Stunet die we in jaren geproefd hebben.

De Barbaresco Gallina 2022 is steevast de grote broer die wat meer tijd en geduld vraagt. We proeven een klassieke Barbaresco met klein rood fruit en een mooie intensiteit. Vandaag komt de cru strak over, maar met een indrukwekkende diepte. Samen met Albesani en San Stunet vormt deze Gallina een fantastisch trio: verschillend in tempo, gelijk in klasse.

📍 @surco.restaurante by @carlosscasillas 🔝

En la planta de abajo de @barro.restaurante 🌟 se encuentra este pedazo de restaurante de puro producto, técnica, fondos y buen hacer. Una cena magnífica que fue el broche de oro a un día mágico ✨

Además, Surco cuenta con una bodega magnífica muy bien pensada. Y si te parece poco, siempre puedes tirar de alguna de las maravillas de la carta de Barro.

- @pierreyvescolinmorey Saint-Aubin Les Champlots Premier Cru 2022. Una de mis bodegas favoritas de blancos en Borgoña. La 2022 agradecerá botella, pero sorprendentemente recién echada en la copa sacó la magia de PYCM, la reducción, mineralidad, peso en boca…simplemente una 💣

- @wongamat_aoc @jan.raumland una de las nuevas estrellas en 🇩🇪 que hace una PN que no le tiene nada que envidiar a muchas de Borgoña. La finura y elegancia de este vino, a la vez que la profundidad en boca, me tienen enamorado 🥰

- @piero_busso Barbaresco San Stunet 2019. La precision, sensualidad, redondez de tanino y disfrute no va acorde a sus increíbles precios. Si pudiera, compraría cajas y cajas.

- @bendito_destino_ fue una de las gratas sorpresas de la noche, con una frescura y acidez alucinante que animaba a beber constantemente. Buena forma de probar todos los proyectos de Carlos el mismo día 🤣

- Tia Ito, vino de pasto muy especial que nos sacó Carlos. Si mis fuentes no me fallan, hecho por @cardlpa mientras estaba de prácticas con Luis Pérez. Sublime.

Sin duda, sitio al que volveré muy pronto. Sobre todo a beberme ese Gonon que lleva mi nombre 🤣

What began with Guido Busso in the Albesani cru became a legacy carried forward by his son Piero. Organic vineyards across Neive and Treiso are farmed without chemicals, and cellar work is traditional, guided by patience rather than intervention. The result is Barbaresco of unmistakable grace and depth, each cru a unique voice in a family choir. From the historic Albesani Viti Vecchie to Gallina and San Stunet, every bottle carries the quiet persistence of a family that has always believed in Nebbiolo’s power to inspire.
