After over a year of studying & teaching I am now running group classes for all abilities in Surrey and would love and appreciate all the support so thank you for following along!

If you’re interested in classes, 1:1’s please message to book, & if you’re just here for the content, thank you & please feel free to like, comment, share and spread the word 💕✨🧘🏼‍♀️🧑‍🩰 by @pilates.cesca

As the year begins to wind down, why not take an evening just for you? 🤍

We’re so excited to bring you The December Exhale – a little opportunity to pause, slow down and take a breath before the busyness of Christmas.

Join us for a special evening combining mindful mat Pilates with me at @pilates.cesca followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath with @thehealingmovement.co

Expect gentle movement, time to reconnect with your body, and immersive sound to help you unwind, restore and leave feeling a little lighter.

Think of it as pressing pause, giving yourself some much needed headspace and heading into December feeling refreshed. ✨

📍 Claygate Clinic, KT10 0JG
📅 Wednesday 2nd December
⏰ 7–9pm
🎟️ £45 per person

Spaces are limited, so we’d love for you to join us!

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to build a regular practice, my classes are designed to be welcoming, supportive and effective — with plenty of guidance so you can feel confident in what you’re doing.

I currently have classes in Epsom & Claygate, with small class sizes so I can give you plenty of individual attention.
