Spend the morning with our resident good-energy girl Amanda 🌞🤍 with her emotional support mic, plenty of laughs, and a love for all things SPICY. 🌶️ She’ll push you, motivate you, and somehow have you smiling through the longest 45 minutes of your life 😂

✨A little behind the scenes of a morning at Cornerstone. 🤍

Found @cadence at Walmart! 🙌 If you’re looking for a zero-sugar hydration drink with electrolytes and no artificial ingredients, check your local Walmart. Mine had it stocked in the sports drink aisle! 💧 #cadence #walmartfind #hydration by @pilateswitha
