STRONG IS SEXY While I am no pro in the gym, I’ve made it a goal to be lifting weights at LEAST 2x a week. I’m slowing moving into the heavier weights to support my pilates practice. Building strength supports better stability, control, and endurance in your pilates practice. While also improving bone health, metabolism, posture, and overall longevity, the benefits to strength training are endless. The goal is to be strong both inside and outside the studio. Some shoulders, chest, & tris for ya ☺️ 4 x 10 for each exersise 1. seated shoulder press 2. lateral raise straight into front raise 3. incline chest press 4. neutral grip press into tricep kicks 5. AMRAP tricep push ups by @pilateswithjoce
