Here’s why I never go to Pilates without this. 🤍 I’ve been especially loving @riseupmovementco Pilates Grip Towel while moving through my third trimester of pregnancy. It adds extra comfort, stays in place, and comes with me to every class. Have you tried one yet? • • • • #pilatescommunity #pilatesaustralia #pilatesaccessories #pregnancypilates#matpilates by @pilateswithkarlyn

Third trimester and still moving ✨ These are my go to reformer exercises right now to help me feel strong and supported through pregnancy. You’ll also spot my reformer mat in every class. With all the winter bugs around, it’s my favourite way to create a cleaner space while adding extra comfort and grip. Mamas, what’s one thing you never go to Pilates without? 👇 Reformer: @riseupmovementco Tights: @the_upside Studio: @libertepilates #PregnancyPilates#ThirdTrimester#ReformerPilates#PilatesMum#PilatesLife by @pilateswithkarlyn
