A little focus on core engagement and pelvic stability 🤍 Moving from bear hover into side plank, with a focus on control, connection and keeping the pelvis steady throughout. It’s often the little details that make the biggest difference. Slowing things down, finding your core and moving with intention. Always coming back to the fundamentals ✨ Studio @zone4hove Pilates Instructor Dynamic Pilates Mat Pilates Pilates Core by @pilateswstacey
