One year later ☁️🤍

A gorgeous Sunday afternoon spent moving with friends, family, new & existing clients to celebrate. Very grateful for everyone who has supported me over the last 12 months.

Here’s to year two ✨

One year teaching at TPC 🎂💚

Forever grateful for @rumanah.javid @thepilatesclubpreston for giving me my first opportunity to teach in such a gorgeous group studio. Over the last year i’ve developed my method, cueing, confidence, and client base with so many lovely friendly faces who return week in and week out. It’s a pleasure to see you all get stronger, more grounded and trusting in yourself. Thank you for trusting in me also ✨

Because if you’ve ever been to one of my classes you’ll know that i’d never end a class without a grounding flow to bring down the heat 🌶️

After many of you voted for more Women’s Health content on my page… here it starts to come 🤍

Part 1 of “Field Notes” a series drawing on my experience within research to explore the latest trends, advancements and offerings within the field, defining what it is, reviewing the published evidence, finishing with my own person ‘hot take’.

What better to start with than Pilates itself 🤷🏼‍♀️
