It’s the first day of @cltcraftbeerweek and we want to celebrate the kickoff by taking it back and sharing our roots about who we are so consider this your spirit guide:

Pilot is woman-owned and woman-brewed, small-batch, always rotating, gluten-reduced, and the proud owner of 50 awards in 8 years!!! (Like come on now!!)

But the best spirits give back:
Every month we team up with a different local charity to raise money and awareness. $1 from every charity drink special sold goes straight to them

This October we are teaming up with @dan.wade.memorial.scholarship which funds scholarships for people pursuing training in brewing science. It’s beer that helps make the next generation of brewers

Swipe for the full lesson then come haunt us at 1331 Central Ave

🍎 TRUST NO ONE. ESPECIALLY THE APPLES.

Tonight’s Traitors: New Blood watch party at Pilot Brewing just got a little more interesting…

We received a special delivery straight from the world of The Traitors, and let’s just say the apples might be more important than you think. 👀

Join us tonight at 8 PM to find out who fell victim to last week’s murder in plain sight!

🍺 Grab a beer.
🍎 Keep your eyes on the apples.
🗡️ Trust absolutely no one.

The fruit will set you free.

Two medal-worthy ingredients.
One very questionable technique.

Huckleberry Cheesecake Gose starts with a crisp, refreshing German-style wheat ale brewed with a hint of sea salt and coriander. We blend it with real huckleberry purée and finish it with a touch of cheesecake flavor for a smooth, slightly sweet sip that tastes like fall dessert in a pint.

At just 4.2% ABV, it’s tart, fruity, creamy and easy-drinking—and the judges agree:

🥈 2025 U.S. Open Beer Championship
🥉 2025 CIBA Brewed Awards

Available on draught and in 4-packs while supplies last.

Fall is back, and so is our Café Latte Stout

This one’s a true neighborhood collab. We brewed it with beans from our friends at @giddycoffee and chocolate from @nostalgiachocolates

Rich coffee, smooth chocolate, and a creamy finish so basically your favorite morning latte, just with a little more fun for the evenings

Now pouring at the taproom. Come grab a pint and toast to the neighbors who make it all possible. Plaza Midwood for the win!!! 🍻
