🌵Dinner at Mine is back, and this time we’re heading west. 🏜️

for one night only, I’m taking over Neon Cowboy for a rowdy little western supper club.

we’ll kick things off with Saloon Hour — snacks at the bar, passed bites, drinks + a little time to mingle — before sitting down together for a family-style supper.

DINNER AT MINE: NEON COWBOY Friday, October 23 saloon hour 7pm • supper 7:45pm $95 per person all inclusive cocktails, beer + coffee available for purchase from Neon Cowboy

a couple weeks ago we had the pleasure of serving closing dessert for @thegrowhaus harvest dinner series.
 sweet corn cake crème fraîche ice cream roasted local plum sauce cornflake streusel fennel pollen honeycomb

the theme was “America’s Birthday.”
our focus was corn - one of my favorite ingredients, and such an essential part of American food history & current ecosystem - and let it move across the plate from something elemental and agricultural to something playful and modern: from using it as a raw ingredient to a modern day cereal.

corporate events pretty much have us sticking around the Denver metro area.

weddings though? they bring us alllll over this big beautiful state. we usually forget to document in the moment but trust me - this truck be TRUCKING.⛰️

last season brought us to Keystone, Longmont, CO Springs, Boulder, Lyons, and Vail.

this season we’ve catered weddings in Golden, Fraser, Windsor, Louisville, Sedalia, Lyons, Grand Lake, Winter Park, Westcliffe, Allenspark, Woodland Park, Estes Park, Evergreen, Bailey, Lake George.

🍎APPLE CIDER DONUTS RETURN THIS WEEKEND.🍎

our classic east coast style cider donuts are made with local @drinkbigs cider, dredged in butter and cinnamon sugar. I even had the pleasure of visiting the orchard this summer 🥲

we only make them for farmers markets, dropping this weekend & available for the remainder of the season.

we do chef dinners now i guess. last month, we hosted the first Dinner at Mine: an intimate 14-seat dinner at Cimera.

we sold every seat, cooked a menu that had (almost) absolutely nothing to do with ice cream, fed a bunch of strangers around one table, and had a ridiculously good time doing it.

since then, we’ve gotten a few emails and DMs from people who wanted to come but couldn’t make the date.

welllll… you’re in luck.

Dinner at Mine is coming back this fall.

new space. completely new menu.

and ya girl loves a theme. 🤠
