🌵Dinner at Mine is back, and this time we’re heading west. 🏜️

for one night only, I’m taking over Neon Cowboy for a rowdy little western supper club.

we’ll kick things off with Saloon Hour — snacks at the bar, passed bites, drinks + a little time to mingle — before sitting down together for a family-style supper.

DINNER AT MINE: NEON COWBOY Friday, October 23 saloon hour 7pm • supper 7:45pm $95 per person all inclusive cocktails, beer + coffee available for purchase from Neon Cowboy

I got a little post happy and forgot to write about the photos! The first three are from a photo shoot my amazing friend @imagine_chvrches did. The next are from my wedding day! I got to marry the most amazing woman. I can’t express how happy I am and how much my friends and family being there with us felt.

Hidden Gem Alert @moonraccoonbakingco on 44th in North Denver. They're known for small-batch, scratch-made pastries, especially creative croissants and cruffins, using local ingredients like Colorado grains and honey. Started during the pandemic, it grew from a delivery service to a brick-and-mortar shop in the Sunnyside neighborhood, offering unique items like Vietnamese coffee cruffins and five-spice snickerdoodles, with a focus on quality and local sourcing. 🤤
