It's world mental health day and I wanted to help reduce the stigma around mental illness by sharing about the struggles I've had with anxiety. Posting this definitely triggers anxiety 🫠 I'm thinking - what if I accidentally offended someone, maybe I'm meant to keep this kind of stuff to myself, maybe people will think I'm writing this for attention - which I definitely am not! I'm so afraid of "being seen" and I really struggle with social media because yes I want to share my work but I also want to hide 🫣

September's been a beautiful month for observing nature. I've been on lots more walks and adventures, finding so many cute orchids and other native flowers, it's definitely my favorite month of the year.
Now we're heading south for 4 nights to Albany and Denmark where I haven't been for about 20 years!!! Excited to see the amazing coast there and see what other fun flowers we might find! taken in Ferguson Valley by @pixienut

I never thought I'd make cards again! But my brain tells me what to create and it said "cards" so I followed that path and created these! 💕
