Hell Day Denver official Fitness Test scores posted! Congratulations to QR for earning the Top Performer Award, earning himself a full scholarship to our upcoming San Clemente, CA Hell Day event!

▪️ QR is a 22 year-old real-estate agent living in Colorado Springs, CO that is pursuing a Navy SEAL contract. He was a humble, hard-working student that constantly outperformed his classmates physically. The Hell Day event provided QR with an opportunity to develop his leadership in a challenging environment with a large team while receiving mentorship from active duty Navy SEALs, USAF PJs, Green Berets, and other elite warriors. We expect nothing but great things from QR as he pursues his dream to become A Navy SEAL. “It pays to be a winner!”

⚡️QR’s Scores:
• 1.5 mile Run: 8:40
• 500 yd swim: 8:19
• Pull-ups: 24
• Sit-ups: 71
• Push-ups: 94
• 25 Meter Underwater x 2: PASS

▪️ Each Hell Day begins with a Fitness Test (PST/PFT/IFT) in which proper form is strictly enforced. Unacceptable repetitions are not counted. Many students score lower calisthenics numbers than expected, specifically on pull-up and push-up evaluations. Never sacrifice proper form to increase your numbers.

▪️ Don’t miss our next Hell Day event near you! Hell Day dates and locations are posted on the SOCOM Athlete website. Got what it takes for a career in U.S. Special Operations? We’ll see...“Send Me!” taken in Denver, Colorado by @pjchief

💥USAF Pararescuemen (PJ) are among the world’s most elite Special Operations Forces.

💥Living by the motto “These things we do, that others may live,” PJs are trained to rescue pilots that are shot down behind enemy lines.

💥SCUBA Diving, HALO Jumping, Mountain Climbing, Advanced Weaponry, and Emergency Medicine are just some of the skills that make every USAF Pararescueman “The Jack of All Trades.”

Part 2: Newly graduated Air Force Pararescuemen (PJ) learning and training with a new parachute system, NVGs, and Combat Load.
⚡️Throughout a PJ’s career, he may jump over 10 different types of parachutes depending on mission objectives.
⚡️PJs jump more than any other Special Operations Force in the world. With dynamic and complex jump capabilities including HALO/HAHO, Bundle/Tandem, Static Line Square, RAMZ, and more, nobody does it like a Pararescueman.
