Taco, taco salad, and a pile of refried beans. Made with @neatfoods Neat “Meat” taco crumbles, refried means, cabbage, tomatoes, salsa, jalapeños, avocado, and soy yogurt. Made enough for two dinners!

‘Tis the season for Nutcracker! Check out your favorite dance group and see if they are offering a virtual Nutcracker, and donate or purchase a ticket if you are able. Companies rely on Nutcracker ticket sales very heavily, so this is a way to support them during the pandemic.

Pineapple stir fry with sweet potato glass noodles. The vegan “chicken” pieces were disconcertingly convincing. Not sure how I feel about that, but definitely a good stepping stone for those interested in veganism.
