If an all plant-based diet has better results than an all meat-based diet, then what does that tell you about our natural physiological functions?

No amount of meat industry propaganda is stopping the myriad of countless studies proving that meat consumption is not only unnecessary, but bad for all parties involved in the long run☠️

It’s very tempting to use the floor to crank open your turnout. But overturning out may damage your knees and ankles in the long run.
Try floor exercises to find your true rotation from your hips :)
Dance Specialists, any tips on working on turn out?

"Picking my son up he brought me to one of his favorite restaurants. They had a great lunch buffet, that was reasonably priced. The service was great! ⁣
This is a family run, and staffed little gem. They are friendly, courteous, and participate in the GWorld dining card plan. ⁣
We stuffed ourselves, and had a nice chat with the owner. I know my son will be back with his friends, and you should make it a point to pop in for lunch or dinner. I plan to return again."-- Scott Dutt⁣
