This past weekend, I had the pleasure of attending Planted Expo—Canada’s largest plant-based event—featuring over 200 incredible vegan and sustainable lifestyle brands. I embraced the spirit of the event by dressing up as a strawberry (yes, really!) and hit the floor to conduct interviews for social media. I can’t wait to share these vibrant and inspiring moments with you.

A heartfelt thank you to the Vegan Fashion Show for having me—it was an honor to be part of such a forward-thinking and compassionate community. Stay tuned for an upcoming segment of @theBikiniReport with the brilliant Isabella Rossini and Alana Blaire!

On a personal note, this year marked a meaningful shift in my lifestyle—I became a pescatarian. While I’ve removed meat from my diet, I still eat fish. For me, the journey toward vegetarianism isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon. I believe in honoring progress over perfection, being kind to yourself, and moving at a pace that feels right for your body and soul.

Join me as I continue on this evolving path toward a more mindful, compassionate way of living.

Thank you @plantedexpo in Toronto!

➡️Hundreds of people added their support to the @plantbasedtreaty ✍️
➡️we gave out hundreds of samples of the hyper-nourishing green smoothie 🥬, and
➡️PBT Global Coordinator, @anita.krajnc spoke with Planted organiser, Stevan on the event stage, about our strategy to sign up cities for plant based policy changes.

Thanks to all who came to our booth and our fabulous volunteers.

As of writing this we are 45 minutes away from wrapping up 2025!

@cafewilliam_ helped keep us energized, inspired us with their sustainability commitments, and got us through the sluggish morning with delicious organic coffee.

What was your favourite part of the show?
