What an honor and a blessing to SERVE as a presenter for Delta Academy & GEMS, pouring into 31 incredible teenage girls as we explored the importance of physical and mental health.

The conversations, movement, and energy in the room were powerful. These young ladies showed up curious, engaged, and ready to learn how taking care of their bodies and minds now sets the foundation for their future.

A heartfelt thank you to the North Dallas Suburban Delta Chapter and @mon_dg1913 for the invitation and for the work you continue to do in uplifting, mentoring, and investing in our young sisters. Your commitment does not go unnoticed.

75 days ago [december 28, 2024], I embarked on a journey to transform—all on my own. I didn't tell many people, I didn't want to feel the pressure of others' expectations. It was just me, my commitment to MYSELF, and the challenge ahead. 💪

Here’s what I did EVERY DAY: ✅ Drank a gallon of water ✅ Stuck to my meal plan ✅ Took a progress pic ✅ Read 10 pages of a personal development book ✅ Did 2 workouts (indoor & outdoor) ✅ Eliminated alcohol and No cheat meals. I stuck to the plan of eating PLANTS EVERY DANG DAY.

It wasn’t just about physical transformation—it was about mental toughness. It was about making a commitment to myself and not letting anyone down but ME.

The Victory Belongs to God. First and foremost, I give all glory to God for this accomplishment. His presence is truly real in my life, and without Him, the smile I'm wearing today wouldn't be possible. Without Him, none of this would be possible.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am overwhelmed by the prayers, texts, and sheer amount of support I felt this weekend.

To my family, my sister frans, and my Work Family —thank you for being my foundation. The love and support you've shown throughout this year blessed my soul. Thank you for purchasing the Planted Strong apparel. That visible support meant everything.

Flex on em sis! Its July 1st. Time to turn it up and apply pressure.

No time was wasted. Every challenge, setback, and season of waiting built muscle... physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Now it's time to lose the fat:
The distractions.
The excuses.
The fear.
