For the 15th edition of I Never Read, Art Book Fair Basel 2026, Plaque 27 participates as a guest of the Art Gender Nature Institute (IAGN) at the Basel Academy of Art and Design FHNW, hosted by Zanbagh Lotfi.

At the fair, Plaque 27 presents a selection of zines and art bundles by 31 artists from Iran, Germany, and the United States.

Part of this selection was developed in collaboration with Amirali Ghasemi, Iranian artist and independent curator based in Berlin, and Zanbagh Lotfi, Iranian-born artist based in Basel.

تمرکز ما بر برگزاری نمایشگاه‌ها، ارائه و فروش آثار هنری و فرهنگی، انتشار کتاب‌های هنری و اجرای برنامه‌های پژوهش‌محور است. با تولید مقاله، پادکست و ویدئو، در تلاشیم روایتی نقادانه، گفت‌وگومحور و بینارشته‌ای از فرهنگ معاصر ترسیم کنیم.
پلاک ۲۷ را نیکی شادلو (نویسنده و پژوهشگر مستقل) و روزبه ملکی (عکاس و مدرس عکاسی) اداره می‌کنند.

گل، استعاره‌ای از لحظه‌ی گشودن است؛ لحظه‌ای میان خاموشی و شکفتن درمیان خاک و نور. گل‌ها در جهان من، بازتابی از درون‌اند؛ هر فرم، پژواکی از حرکت و دگرگونی است. مجموعه گل‌ها، نگاهی است به شکفتنی نرم و شکننده و به امیدی که در خاموش‌ترین لحظات، همچنان می‌روید.

هر سری از دست‌ساخته‌های این مجموعه به یاد یکی از زنان تاثیرگذار و شگفت انگیز زندگی‌ام نام گذاری شده است. این زنان باهوش، مصمم و سخاوتمند به همراه بسیاری دیگر، به من یادآوری کردند که به راه خود ادامه دهم. هدف از این نام‌گذاری ادای احترامی است به این افراد به پاس الهام بخشی‌شان در زندگی‌ام.

در مجموعه «پرده چهارم»، خواب ديگر تنها بسترى براى فرار از واقعيت نيست؛ خواب به صحنه اى بدل مى شود كه حقيقتِ پنهان، در لباسى سوررئال و رازآلود، خود را به نمايش مى‌گذارد.
اين آثار حاصل كاوشى است در مرز ميان رؤيا و بيدارى، ميان آن چه مى‌دانيم و آن چه تنها در لايه‌هاى نهان روان ما كمين كرده است. هر تصوير، همچون پرده‌اى ست از يك نمايش نامه نانوشته - و «پرده چهارم» جايي است كه تماشاگر، ناگاه خود را نه بر صندلى سالن، كه در ميانه صحنه مى‌يابد.
